Known for their family recipes of classic Caribbean food staples, from Jamaican beef patties and coco bread, to jerk chicken, oxtail, and curried goat or chicken. Food was overnight. The curry chicken was stale and lack flavor cuz they added water to it to make gravy. The white rice was stale and the callaloo was stale too. Ppl can get sick from overnight curried food. Now on March 30th I took my son to get beef patty because he loves the patty, I entered about 2 mins to 4 pm and no one was behind the counter , i said hello and no one responded, I stood for 5 mins then another customer walked in and ask where the worker I said I don’t know, then I said hello again… the lady shout out “Unnu wait!! Me a count off the draw and if unu can’t wait gwan!!!” I had the correct her right away and tell that’s not good customer service, yes we can wait but tell us in a more respectful manner cuz it’s not like we’re begging the food! She apologized but I don’t accept the apology because that was very very rude! This lady always does it, it’s the slimmer woman. She’s very aggressive and disrespectful, the other women are very nice but this one lack reasoning ability and customer service skills.

Customer service sucks. They let you play with their order machine without telling you they don't work. Meanwhile people enter into the line who came in after you, while you still playing with the broken order machine.
