The food is good. I don’t like the fact the the server and the cashier are the same people. No gloves are worn to serve food. No hair nets are worn also. The young man whom served me had a hat on and no gloves. The young woman whom was serving someone else braids went all into the ladies food. I just stood there and watched. Thank goodness I only was getting chicken patties.
This location makes very good breakfast...cornmeal porridge and callaloo and saltfish. However, some servers give good portions. Weekday morning...still selling breakfast at 11:30am...great, if they're low on provisions, then offer some other concession that the customer can see that you are making a good customer service effort...not something the person doesn't eat and has told you 2x. So their solution - give less portions and still charge the same amount. This doesn't happen at all Golden Krust locations...they'd be closing locations.
