Ordered some Jerk wings, had my wife picked them up only to find out when she got home they were BBQ wings. My wife called back and was told by the lady to bring them back for exchange only to be told that was "their version" of jerk wings, which by the way looked nothing like their advertised picture... Now I'm 65, been eating jerk and BBQ all my life... I know jerk from BBQ, jerk chicken is not red and saucey like BBQ chicken... jerk is darkly coat and braised to the chicken.... Wasted my wife's time and lost a customer.... Whatever happened to professional courteousy for the customer 🤔
