Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant in Morrow

Let me start by saying I come here all the time! I normally deal with the lady that works in the line and she is super sweet, and generous when it comes to portions. It costs $16.99 for a large curry chicken and $13.99 for a small and I always get a large and don’t mind paying because I always get a good portion size. Today I came in and dealt with the “supervisor” Adrienne, a male. He was the complete opposite! And for him to be a supervisor, you’d think he would be friendly, inviting and accommodating. He was none of those things. He didn’t even speak to me just looked at me until I told him what I wanted! I proceeded to tell him I wanted the large curry chicken with rice and beans. He proceeded to fill my plate and only gave me three small pieces of chicken, some bones, and overly filled my rice with curry gravy smh. Mind you, the lady who works there that I’m used to dealing with was taking another customers order behind me, that customer ordered a SMALL curry chicken! I literally looked at the customer who ordered the small get WAY MORE chicken on their plate than I did!!!! The supervisor saw this as well! I literally asked him to look at the small plate with much more chicken vs my large plate with much less chicken, he looked at it and said “I will have to talk to the employee” as if the employee was wrong for giving more chicken to the lady behind me who ordered a small plate! I said I understand that but right now I would like to get what I’m paying for, I proceeded to tell him it’s not fair that I’m paying $3 more and because this person was helped by someone else they are getting more food than me but paying less. I asked him if I could just have one more piece of chicken, he continued to tell me no. Not accommodating at all, very blunt and rude, no sympathy, no care even though he clearly saw the difference in the plates… he proceeded to help the next person smh. He does NOT need to be a supervisor at all! Horrible customer service! They have lost a loyal customer! Smh. Won’t be returning ever again.

This is the best Golden Krust in Georgia!!! You want be disappointed😀
