I was in Tampa for a conference and went to get some food . A guy before me ordered soup and left only to return to say that the soup was cold .. So I ordered my food , got to my car and opened it and that was also cold. The food is not kept at the correct and safe temperature. Jerk chicken tasted like it came out of a fridge.NOT GOOD.I threw it out and counted it a loss .. Don’t think it would gave made a difference bringing it back .. Why? the guy who brought the soup back complained and still got some lip from the lady behind the counter. 🤦🏾.. customer service at its best 🙄.
