About Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant

A fast-casual takeout or dine-in Caribbean & Jamaican restaurant, conveniently situated on W Broward Blvd in Fort Lauderdale. Known for their family recipes of classic Caribbean food staples, from Jamaican beef patties and coco bread, to jerk chicken, oxtail, and curried goat or chicken. Offerings now include vegetarian and beyond meat alternatives. The bakery boasts numerous enticing options including spice bun, hard dough bread, and carrot cake (among many more delectable items).

workers have a trash attitude and patties are often dried up and hard and stuck to the tray.

This was my first time visiting this particular Golden Krust and it was, by far, the worst experience I have ever had as a customer at a restaurant. There were 3 people behind the counter, and not one said hello. I was initially the only customer. Two walked away to do whatever, then one lady eventually said hello and took my order. In the restaurant at around 4 pm on a weekday, they were playing the most vulgar, sexually explicit Jamaican music, that one would expect at some type of bar or nightclub. Abhorrent. I bought $71.00 worth of food, including a side of brown stew chicken pasta. This lady put the pasta in a brown bag, turned it sideways in a plastic bag with other food items. I said to her that the sauce would leak out. She assured me it would not. I asked her to take it out, and of course, the bag was already wet as the sauce was leaking out of the box, as common sense would dictate it would. It was clear that valuing business from a customer was not a priority there. The salmon and rice and peas I bought was an A. The pasta with chicken was a B. The spicy patties were an A. The festivals were absolutely atrocious, and I had to throw them out after a couple bites.

Vine a recoger una orden de Uber y me dijeron que no tenían un producto; luego me cayó una orden con Doordash y me dijeron sin mirar mi cell que alguien ya la había recogido. Tremendo! No tienen deseos de trabajar. Deben cambiar a esas trabajadoras.
